End User License Agreement
Terms of Use for MyVetHub and PetVetHub Applications
Last Updated: August 01, 2025PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MYVETHUB OR PETVETHUB APP ("Applications").
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING EITHER APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATIONS.
This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("you", "your") and Agile Soft Systems, Inc., a company registered in the United States, doing business as My Vet Hub and Pet Vet Hub ("we", "us", "our", "MVH", "PVH" or "Company").
MyVetHub includes features that may require a paid subscription via In-App Purchase. PetVetHub is a free application and does not currently offer any in-app purchases or paid features.
Company / We / Us / Our:
Refers to Agile Soft Systems, Inc., operating under the brand names My Vet Hub and Pet Vet Hub.
Applications:
The mobile apps licensed under this Agreement, including but not limited to MyVetHub and PetVetHub.
Products:
The software, services, tools, and platforms made available by the Company, including online appointment software, telemedicine platforms, transcription applications, and related services branded under MyVetHub and PetVetHub.
Services:
Any marketing, communication, or phone services provided as part of or in addition to the Products.
Customer Data:
Data that may be collected and processed on behalf of veterinary practices, including their clients.
Practice Data:
Information collected from or about veterinary practices.
User Data:
Technical and usage data collected from all users interacting with the Applications or related web platforms.
You:
Any individual or organization that interacts with our Applications or Services, including but not limited to veterinary practices that use our Products, their clients (e.g., pet parents), and individuals browsing or interacting with our mobile applications or websites.
MyVetHub and PetVetHub grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Applications on your mobile device, subject to this Agreement and to the applicable platform's terms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
For Apple iOS Users:
- • This Agreement is between you and Agile Soft Systems, Inc., not Apple Inc.
- • Apple is not responsible for any maintenance or support of the Application.
- • In the event of any failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund (if applicable).
- • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application.
For Android (Google Play) Users:
- • This Agreement is between you and Agile Soft Systems, Inc., not Google.
- • Google is not responsible for the Application's content or performance.
- • Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
- • No reverse engineering or source code extraction.
- • No illegal use or violation of third-party rights.
- • No commercial exploitation (selling, leasing, sublicensing).
- • No bypassing security features.
By using the Application, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your login credentials. If you use recording features, you must obtain appropriate consent from all parties involved, in accordance with your local and state laws.
The MyVetHub app offers a free trial period during which all features may be accessed at no cost. After the trial, continued access to certain features (such as AI transcription) may require a paid subscription via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) or Google Play Billing.
You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Free trial access does not include any paid commitments unless you opt into a subscription.
The PetVetHub app does not offer any paid features or subscriptions and remains free to use.
We may update the Applications at any time. Continued use after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised version of the Applications or this Agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse.
The Applications and all content are the exclusive property of Agile Soft Systems, Inc., including its branded services under MyVetHub and PetVetHub. This Agreement grants a license to use—not ownership of—any part of the Applications.
9. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
Agile Soft Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Application.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by U.S. law. You agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Third-Party Terms
Use of third-party services through the Application is governed by their respective terms.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
